My dad had a big heart especially when it came to kids, animals and elderly people. He especially never liked the thought of anyone going hungry and would always make a point to donate to our food bank or buy a meal for a stranger. He would also always carry some dog food and a bottled water just in case he came across a stray animal.
The best way to honor my dad, is to be loving and kind to everyone-regardless of what you might think about them. Feed someone who is hungry, give water to someone who is thirsty, help a senior citizen, and never forget that not for the grace of God it could be me before you judge someone's situation.
